Thanks for taking the time to read Michael. I have experience with both of those tools but I see Matillion and Thoughtspot as low code/no code solutions, while most of the tools I mentioned are more developer centric. Even FiveTran has elements of low code/no code but FiveTran has been so successful because it can be integrated into orchestration workflows using Airflow and other developer platforms. I would be happy to be wrong, but it seems like Matillion and Thoughtspot try to create 'one platform' to solve the problem instead of embracing the reality that it takes many different tools, and a lot of custom code, to build data platforms at scale.
